All done in Fireworks CS3, for it was the only thing working at the time!

EDIT - Welcome to people in 2009! Again, nice to still see people downloading and sharing. Since I've lost the master file for this years ago, I'm going to attempt to re-draw it again and make some new wallpaper sizes. (And also fix a mistake with the lighting!)
